   I am currently watching Netflix(first season of Everybody Loves Raymond). This show is so funny to me. It's the very first show, and I get to fall in live with these crazy characters all over again.

   But, I must admit while I'm watching it, it caused me to think about a time when I used to trade in the commodities market. Ok, you're probably saying, what does that have to do with "EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND?" 

   Well... It was one of my Mentors favorite shows.

   We would sit together, and watch this show together and I must admit I loved to watch my Mentor watch it, because he was such a conservative man, who seemed to always be serious. But, during this show, he would let his hair down.  

   As I write this, I think of all the things he taught me, some deliberately, but mostly through osmosis. As you could probably tell by the way that I am writing about him, he is no longer with me, but his spirit, and his lessons are still here.

   Its  funny how we even met, will never forget it.  He was actually a client of mine, but I learned more from Him, than I could ever teach him. You see I was selling him currencies, but he was teaching me WEALTH. 

   So the tutorship began. We built a relationship based off of mutual respect, honesty and trust. He was a kind gentle man, but shrewd when it came to business. He taught me lessons about money that were so conceptualized that my tiny brain felt as though it would explode. He shared lessons about family, about GOD, AND MOST OF ALL ABOUT ME.

   He saw a young girl(24 at the time) that was hungry for knowledge,  a girl who was hungry for making a difference in this world, and who was ready to make her mark on this world. But he also saw a girl who was inexperienced to the ways of this world. A girl that was held back by her own fears, her own past, and her own limiting beliefs. You see he taught me more than I could ever learn in a text book.

   You see... I was always nervous about losing his money in the markets ,but he never was. He never was. Not because he desired to lose, but in his own words

"MONEY IS NOT REAL KIM....ITS JUST AN IDEA, A CONCEPT, A TOOL IN WHICH TO BE LEVERAGED."

   As you can imagine, I was just a young woman from the south of these Unitesd States who thought 50k was living! Well ...let's just say my mentor exceeded millions, and that's just what I had access to. He explained through our friendship that money is a tool, and that only the wealthy use it properly. They hedge their investments. They invest in things that are not shared with others, not even at the bank.

   As you could imagine, I was a broker so I dealt with clients who had access to lots of money, but it wasn't their money that I paid attention to , it was.....

HOW THEY LOOKED AT THINGS.

HOW THEY THOUGHT.

WHAT THEY INVESTED IN.

I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE!

   I came from an Educated family, and a proud historical town, but I never understood that wealth was a concept, and was full for principles, and never knew anyone personally that could or would teach me these things.

   He exposed me to his circle, his private thoughts, and he shared information, books, access, and most importantly his time. I have opted shared with you all in their blog what I have learn from him, and he made me promise to pass things on to those that are serious and ready , and willing to share with their community, and be good stewards of it.

   So  I am in the process of finishing a book of insight, wisdom and advice to give you a peek of what took him a lifetime, and me years to bring to you. I can't wait. I know that it will be a blessing. God has blessed me, and now it's time.

I hope It gives you what you need to move your life forward. It sure helped me.

3 Simple Words Stopping You From Living

Good morning!!!!

It is Wednesday lovely people and I felt like blogging today. I was sitting here with my music turned up listening to a little "Sting"  Message in a Bottle" and I started to think about a couple of  things that I supposed to do today, and I noticed every time I got ready to do them I found myself doing something else.

But why?

Lord knows I need to do these things, like wash clothes, get a message prepared for next week, and jump in the shower and get ready to go  and work out. But on my way to throw the clothes in, I stopped by my computer to check messages. You may be thinking , well what's wrong with that?

To put it plainly.

EVERYTHING!

There was a great philosopher that said "HOW YOU DO ANYTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING!"



After looking at it closely, I realized just how true that was, so you all know me by now, I analyze most things, so I sat down with my basket of clothes in my hand and asked myself am I doing this
with other things, and if so what are the consequences, so here's what I found.....




Excuses not to do something comes in many forms, whether it's through PROCRASTINATION, FEAR, OR REJECTION IT COMES.

Now let's look at these things, we have all heard of them so much, and these are words we don't like to associate with us, but let me tell you that these things are the real culprit to most things, and
interestingly enough they are all interrelated. So which one of these things was I exhibiting today? And more importantly what is the consequence?


Let's see if you can get it right...... PROCRASTINATION.....YES! You are exactly correct my friend.



Procrastination is sneaky, because it's like eating a little bit of sugar at a time, so you don't really feel the effects, until one day you get on the scale and now you have gained ten pounds. Now I'm 5'2 so ten pounds for me is actually like 15 pounds. You see the consequence of my weight gain?

Procrastination is the same way, you may not feel the affects right away, but it knocks everything else off kilter and adds more on top of it.

Me not washing my clothes on time affects when I get ready for my business meeting , because I can't relax and meditate or pray, which affects me spiritually, which affects my message.

You see, things are not always complicated, but if you are able to identify your excuses or the real reasons to anything that's stopping you from doing things you will be able to SOAR!

What's stopping you from soaring?

Is it PROCRASTINATION OR REJECTION OR FEAR?

I have found that most people exhibit symptoms of these three, but  they use simple reasoning like....
I DONT HAVE TIME.

I HAVE TOO MUCH TO DO.

I WILL DO IT LATER.

ITS NOT GOING TO WORK.

I DONT HAVE ENOUGH.(money, education, time, resources,someone to watch the baby)

Blah blah blah. I bet if you ask anyone who seems to be stuck in life, you will get some of these answers. It's not because it is not true,but truth is not a reason to not LIVE THE LIFE YOU  ARE SUPPOSED TO. If that was the case,  I would not be speaking to you right now. . I want you to understand, that no matter how logical, even logical  excuses will stop you from living the life that you deserve.

Sit down, make a list, and try it for seven days, and stick to it . When you find yourself making excuses,  you need a severe consequence. For me it is doing twenty push-ups anytime  I deviate,  no matter where I am, and believe me, it's not always pretty, but I do it.

So remember, find out which one of theses three things is speaking to you and , hit it across the head with ACTION BABY!!

You can do it.

Three Simple Things That Will Make You More Artractive In Five Minutes or Less

Whew! I just finished an amazzzzzzing WORKOUT AND IT KICKED MY BUTT!! Well, I kinda deserved it, because I ate like I was on DEATH ROW this weekend. I don't know what happened! Maybe with all the events I attended this week, and all the excitement I felt free to eat like a hog....lol

So this weekend I was a hostess at an amazing event, and Live recording  with a young gentlemen who is a Saxophonist by the name of Detriech Lawson, and  it was such a blessed event, and like usual I was in rare form with all of the smiling, laughing, and impromptu inspiration! Here we are below, with the young man to "your left" . It was his debut, and everyone came out to support him, and show the love and excitement they have for him. As a matter of fact I believe his CD can be purchased at

Now of corse the handsome gentlemen to "your right" is actually Dr Ludie Hoffman, whois a great friend, and the Creator of the event. We had such a wonderful time. Ok, so you may also recognize him from this photo as well...,

So now that I've shared a little bit about this weekend, I hope that you did something that brought you some type of happiness, joy, peace, or relaxation , or even excitement.

So I was thinking what I wanted to share with you all today, and while I Was working out... It Hit me!! Almost like a ton of bricks. Why are all these folks working out? 

Is it because of health, vanity, or even both? So I looked around , and saw that a lot of people were really attractive outwardly, but I must admit that's not what hooks me. I fall in love with the inside, and I'm not just saying that. Anyone who knows me personally can attest that my relationships have not been with BODY BUILDERS....Literally....lol

So if most of us are not body builders, but want to be more attractive, then what  can we do to achieve this? Well I have come up with......

THREE SIMPLE THINGS THAT CAN MAKE ANYONE MORE ATTRACTIVE IN FIVE MINUTES OR LESS!

1. This is very simple and it supposed to be . First things first .....Simply SMILE!!!! A smile is something that we all can do, and it doesn't take much effort, but it takes your level of attractiveness up through the roof! I smile all day, everyday, and I guess it's just a habit now. Smiling creates an easy going atmosphere to those around you, and attracts the opposite sex. You don't have to be the most beautiful woman walking, or the most "buff" dude in the room, but if you smile from your heart, you will actually begin to LOOK MORE ATTRACTIVE..... JUST LOOK  AT MY WIDE ONE RIGHT HERE.....

So as you can see, it makes me look as though I'm actually happy, and who doesn't want to be around someone happy. It makes my eyes look bright, and makes me look as though I'm ready for whatever's next, and I must say, it gives my TEETH SOMETHING TO DO! I don't brush those babies for nothing...lol. SMILING MAKES YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE IN FIVE MINUTES OR LESS.

2. Walk With Pep In Your Step(Walk with Intention)

Ok.... My grandmother used to always say" If a man has a nice pace, and he walks like he has somewhere to go, that's a man you should follow" . Ok so let me break this down. I believe my grandmother was saying that , when you walk with your head held high, and your posture is straight it shows the world you are here, and you are ready for whatever comes your way. It's SEXY!! It actually makes you more attractive to those who see you. I am a small woman, but walk with a nice fast pace, with my head high, a bright smile, and WALK WITH INTENTION. A "WALK "CAN MAKE YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE IN FIVE MINUTES OR LESS. Whether fast or slow, make it your own, and remember to always use your smile and eye contact, and everyone will look your way! 

SO WALKING WITH ASSURITY AND CONFIDENCE WILL MAKE YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE!

That leads me to number three

3.CONFIDENCE..... CONFIDENCE.... AND MOOOO CONFIDENCE WILL MAKE YOU MORE ATTRACTIVE IN FIVE MINUTES OR LESS. 

We have all heard it before, and it will never change. Confidence is a main ingredient to being more attractive. It works for anyone, at anytime, and at any situation. There are so many people that are more beautiful, more intelligent, and more humorous than I am,but I am confident enough in myself, because there is room for all of us. When others can see you exhibit this behavior you automatically become the MOST ATTRACTIVE PERSON IN THE ROOM! Trust me, it is something that we all have been given, we just need to bring it to the forefront.

So there you have it.

1. Smile.

2. Walk with Intention

3.Show Your Confidence

Your ATTRACTIVE METER IS NOW AT 100!!!!

 Now this may sound too good to be true, but actually it's not. Just take a moment to look around you, and see people using these simple techniques all around you. So get out there and show the world who you are!!! Remember. I love you, and don't forget to subscribe, share, and comment.
